Who we are

MyMintSite builds and hosts websites for local small businesses. We are based in the United States. You can reach us at hello@hello.mymintsite.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• From public sources — business name, phone number, email address, website, and Google Maps data (photos, reviews, hours, address) gathered from publicly available directories and review platforms.
• Directly from you — if you sign up as a customer, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store your card details).
• Automatically — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you access our site or a preview we have built for your business.

How we use your information

• To build a sample website preview for your business and send you one outreach email about it.
• To provide and manage the website hosting service if you become a customer.
• To send transactional emails (account setup, billing receipts, renewal reminders).
• To improve our service and templates.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate our business:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Resend — email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)

Cold outreach

If we found your business through a public directory and built a sample website for you, you may receive one email from us at hello@hello.mymintsite.com. This email will include a link to view the preview and instructions to opt out of any future contact. If you are not interested, reply with “unsubscribe” or follow the unsubscribe link and we will remove you immediately.

Data retention

If you become a customer, we retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. If you received an outreach email but did not sign up, you can request that we delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at hello@hello.mymintsite.com and we will respond within 30 days.

CAN-SPAM compliance

All commercial emails we send include our physical mailing address, a clear identification of the message as commercial, and an opt-out mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. This policy applies to US recipients only.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
