Ju Bang Jang is a small, family-run kitchen on Northern Boulevard — the kind of place where the woman who greets you at the door is the same one who taught the all-women kitchen staff every recipe on the menu. Nothing here is built for show. The jjigae simmers until it's ready, the kalbi marinates overnight, and the banchan keeps coming until you ask it to stop. It's not commercialized Korean food — it's what Korean families actually cook at home.
